YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE EDGEWARE CREATED CONTENT IS TO STOP REVIEWING THE CONTENT. EDGEWARE CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR LOSS OF OTHER INTANGIBLES.

Consulting Agreement

Client: Edgeware DAO

Performance: The Contributor agrees to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of their commitments and acknowledge the Edgeware DAO legal disclaimer.

Contributors Incentives: Awards are in EDG and denominated in USD. Awards are executed through Democracy, thus subject to the votes by the Edgeware community members.

DECENTRALISED INCENTIVES NOT WARRANTED

Contributors are not entitled to invoice to Edgeware treasury, the community members or the other contributor. Failing to get collective approval from the Edgeware community could result in no incentives at all and in such a case the you shall not enter into any settlement agreement which affects the rights of Edgeware DAO, the Edgeware Treasury, the Edgeware community or other contributor.
